3. Are all watches on the net the same? [Top]
Definitely not. You'll find three quality grades available: street quality, mid quality, and high quality. Most of our watches are of high quality; most of the watches you will find elsewhere on the web are mid quality. They may seem like a great value for little money, but if you're not happy with that watch you often cannot return it for a refund; you are stuck with it. 4. Do you have a catalog? [Top]
We want to keep our stock up-to-date and we add new models frequently. Therefore, a print catalog would often be incomplete and outdated. We can serve you best through our web site.
5. Are your watches real? [Top]
Yes... real, high-quality items. They are NOT the actual watches of the respected manufacturers; they are the best items available, and are based on the best high-end watches available. They are high-quality watches that will serve you well for years.
6. I have seen prices lower than yours from other places. Why purchase from you? [Top]
Yes, their prices are cheaper. I wonder what they're leaving out.
First, are they built to the same quality standards as our watches? Ours are made to exacting Japanese and Swiss standards, with high-quality, durable movements, precise lettering, and all details identical to the original watch. Second, do you really get the watch you order? Many companies do NOT ship out the same type of watch they have advertised. Ask someone who has ordered from the net before, and they will confirm that. And as mentioned before, some companies don't accept returns, or they simply don't follow up on their word. Your best bet is to buy from an established company with a solid return/refund policy and first-rate products.

7. Do you carry any watches or brands that are not shown on the website? [Top]
We are constantly adding new watches. If you want a particular watch that we do not have please send us a photo of the watch and we will attempt to locate it for you.
8. Are all swiss items on the Internet the same? [Top]
Definitely not. There are several quality grades, and you get what you pay for. Expect to pay $400 and up for a genuine Swiss ETA movement. Our Swiss-made watches are very high grade and a great value.
9. Will anyone be able to tell the difference? [Top]
The only way to detect whether your Swiss is real or not is by opening up the back and identifying the movement. However, with our new 2007 re-styled Rolex movement this is no easy feat. It would take a trained eye to spot the difference between our and a genuine Rolex movement. ETA movements are the same mechanically, therefore it is impossible to tell the difference visually because both movements sweep 28,800 vibrations per hour. We are certain that from the outside it is virtually impossible to tell the difference.
Our Panerai items are even more precise and even a qualified jeweler will find it very hard to spot the difference. These truly are spot on inside and out and some models we carry even use the genuine movement.
10. Are the pictures on your site taken from the actual or the genuine watch? [Top]
We guarantee that all photos taken from our site are actual pictures of our items! We take photos of our items in our own in-house photo studio. The watches look exactly as represented in the photos, and we never use anyone else's photos, or photos of the genuine watch. What you see in the photos is what you get!

1. Are your watches solid stainless steel? [Top]
Yes, all our watches are crafted from solid stainless steel. This is crucial as you don't want your watch to fade over time. The light weight is a dead giveaway for this. Our watches are within grams of the original timepiece.
2. Are the watches water-resistant? [Top]
Yes. All of our watches are water-resistant. Our Swiss watches are waterproof.
3. Is the glass Sapphire Crystal?[Top]
Yes. All of our watches feature Sapphire Crystal, which is much more scratch resistant than glass.
4. What is the difference between automatic, chronograph, and quartz watches? [Top]
Automatic or self-winding watches are powered by a self-winding mechanism with no need for batteries. They should be serviced more often than quartz watches to make sure they run properly.
Chronographs are used as stopwatch timers. You will find a few variations of the chronographs. Some work with a center second hand, which keeps time on the main dial of the watch. Others make use of sub-dials to keep track of elapsed hours, minutes, and seconds. Some chronographs show elapsed time on a digital display on the watch face. A chronograph can be responsible for a variety of functions, such as determination of speed or distance.
Quartz watches are equipped with a battery. The watches of this type usually last longer than self-winding watches, but the battery must be replaced periodically.
5. What is a sweeping second hand? [Top]
A sweeping second hand implies the second hand sweeping smoothly instead of ticking once every second. All automatic watches provide a sweeping second hand, while all quartz watches have a ticking second hand.
6. How long will the watches work properly? [Top]
It depends upon the owner and the way he/she treats the watch. If the watch owner knows how to keep it away from damage and maintains it properly, the watch will be trouble-free for several years. Once every two to three years you should have the automatic movement serviced by your local watch shop, as the oils dry out due to the non-stop moving of the gears.
7. How thick is the gold plating? Will it fade? [Top]
The gold plating is 12-15 microns thick, the same as a genuine Movado or Raymond Weil. It will not fade.
8. Do your watches have screws or pins in the links? [Top]
All of our watches use threaded screws. Solidly built, high-quality products should have threaded screws, not pins, in the links¨Cexactly as genuine Rolexes do. These can be easily removed with a small screwdriver to adjust the band size. Most items use watch links joined by cheap pins that require hammering out to adjust the band size. Don't be fooled either by pins that are folded, and resemble screws.
9. Do your Rolex watches have a solid stainless steel back with green sticker? [Top]
Genuine Rolex watches use a solid stainless steel back, with a green Rolex sticker stating the model number and logo. Our products with a see-through glass back are a dead giveaway of a item.
10. Do the watches have the serial number on the band? [Top]
Yes. Serial number and band model number should be found on the final links/last piece of any Rolex , exactly as found on genuine Rolexes. Most of our products don't have the serial number on the band, but ours do.
11. How sharp are the fonts on the face? [Top]
The lettering on the watch face of our items is sharp, just like the original watches. No one can ever tell the difference just by looking at the fonts, or any other parts of the watch. Check out some of the close-up photos for more information.
12. Can you swim while wearing these watches? [Top]
Yes, you most definitely can! The new 2008 items are now "5 bar sealed" with additional gaskets and are water tested to 164 feet. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass face will ensure that the watch can handle even great depths. The top-quality solid stainless steel construction is impervious to saltwater.
13. You say your watches are 99% identical to the real thing. What's different? [Top]
If we said that our watches were 100% identical to the real thing, Rolex would be out of business. What you can expect with an Exact watch is an amazing watch that will last you just as long as any genuine Rolex. The Swiss contains genuine Swiss-made parts, and is individually hand-crafted just like a genuine Rolex. The biggest difference between our watches and a genuine Rolex is that our watches do not undergo the same tests that a genuine Rolex undergoes. The procedures our manufacturer uses to test the watches are slightly different, and less strict. Nevertheless, the watch is constructed to perfection and we guarantee that you will be satisfied with your Exact watch.
